Young parents, take a time for yourself !

Yoga class led by Elena Borello, yoga teacher , followed by tea&chat

Yoga time for mum/dad and baby. A beautiful moment to bond with your little one and also find that moment of essential selfcare, to reconnect with our own body, slow down, and also connect with other parents.

9h45-10h45 – class
10h50-11h30 – tea&chat/ baby free playtime
Class lasts 1 hour, followed by  time to chat and rehydrate in the cafe downstairs. Children’s play area available for infants and up.
Please note that this session will be conducted in English only. 
What are the benefits of postnatal yoga for new parents ?

After childbirth, yoga is one of the few sports that you can do with your baby. It is a gentle sport that is very beneficial after pregnancy. Yoga helps to regain energy, line, physical and emotional balance. It allows you to create a strong bond with your child.

Material:

Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and a blanket if you want

Postnatal with baby – from one month after pregnancy for mum, and their pre-crawler babies
